Selective demolition
Scaffolding

The project is generally described as: Unit B roof remediation with liquid membrane system. Unit A-B elevations selective coating application.

This work involves the following:
Mitigation of water intrusion affecting classrooms and offices by patching wall cracks and spalls.
Applying liquid membrane flashing systems and elastomeric coatings.
Installing joint sealants.
Replacing water damaged or missing ceiling tiles/panels.
Performing all other associated waterproofing work.

Construction schedule:
Start of construction: June 22, 2026
Substantial completion: August 14, 2026
Final completion: September 30, 2026
