Suulutaaq, Inc. is seeking qualified bids from subcontractors, suppliers, fabricators, consultants and truckers for the Contra Costa County Water District's Piper Road Sinkhole and Culvert Repair project. This is county project number 0672-6U6243. The following vendors/trades are sought; Survey, Clear and Grub, Erosion Control, Dewatering and Diversion, Excavation, RSP Placement, Demo, RCP pipe with Flared End Sections, Asphalt Patching and Striping along with import and export trucking of all materials. The work involved replacing a failing culvert across Piper Road with new 54" RCP pipe.

The County requires that 23% of this project be subbed out. Work is available to any form of MBE, WBE, LBE, SBE, DVBE, or OBE.

Plans and specifications are available upon request at estimating@suulutaaq.com. Subcontractors are legally obligated to have contractor's licenses, DIR numbers and to pay prevailing wages. Suulutaaq, Inc is signatory to the Operating Engineers and Laborer's unions, so subcontractors need to be signatory as well, or otherwise capable of signing a one-time agreement with either of those two unions. The County will withhold 5% retention until the completion of the project.
