The purpose of this request for proposal is to enter into a contract with a qualified firm to provide consulting, project management, air monitoring, collecting and testing samples, but not limited to, asbestos, lead, mold, mold spores, fungi and other indoor air quality situations. Also, if the need arises in addition to the materials and contaminants listed, any consulting, project management, air monitoring collecting and testing samples not listed will be done on a negotiated basis. It is anticipated that this RFP may result in a contract award to a single contractor.
