We are seeking DVBE subcontractors and suppliers for the following scopes of work: demolition, abatement, earthwork, grading, trucking, asphalt paving, fencing, landscaping, masonry, concrete, reinforcing steel, and related site and structural work associated with Bid 3075 - Nelson Elementary School Modernization (NEL-02, NEL-03, NEL-04). Scope includes demolition of existing improvements, site work, installation of new concrete and reinforcing steel, paving, and associated improvements per plans, specifications, and addenda. DVBE participation is encouraged.

CENCAL Services, Inc. is a signatory union contractor with the Carpenters, Operators, Laborers and Cement Masons. Subcontractors will be required to comply with applicable prevailing wage requirements, insurance requirements and bonding requirements per the project specifications.
