The intent of this Request for Bid is to establish a contract for the provision of a Wide-area UHF digital trunking service to various Rockland County Departments, with full coverage within Rockland County, NY. The County's objectives are to expand the coverage area and to solve current coverage issues in Tappan, Grandview, and parts of North Rockland.
