REI is seeking DVBE subcontractors and suppliers for multiple Bakersfield City School District multi-prime bids that are bidding on the same day. There are 6 schools and contracts:

We are seeking hazardous material abatement suppliers and disposal. There is a 3% DVBE goal.

REI is union signatory to Laborers Local 300 but accepts proposals from both union and non-union contractors (if performing work that can be claimed by laborers, subcontractor must sign one time agreement - this does not apply to vendors/suppliers). Bonds may be required from all subcontractors with proposals exceeding $100,000. Please provide bond rate with proposal.
