This project includes construction of four reinforced concrete pier foundations, concrete curbing, and installation of two 45-foot steel H-frame structures. Scope covers site prep, excavation, concrete work, ground dewatering, testing/inspection, and all necessary rigging and lifting per PE-stamped plans. Temporary site access, perimeter control, and as-built documentation are also included.
