The work under this Contract consists of the construction of a new concrete sidewalk (4,200 Linear Feet) and associated improvements along Sanatorium Road, extending from Summit Park Road to New York State Route 45. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, traffic control, and incidentals necessary to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents, approved plans, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
