Project Details

This project includes general parking and pedestrian upgrades, including installation of new EV Charger stations, new plan materials for existing garden, access ramp, parking lighting upgrade, and trash enclosure. We are seeking subcontractor quotes for all scopes of work including but not limited to the following items: site demolition, grading, asphalt paving, fencing, staking, concrete, landscaping, electrical, masonry, handrails, and bike rack equipment.


Project is prevailing wage with DIR requirements. All subcontractors are required to carry GL insurance as required by the specs.
