Project Details

KRD Management Consulting, LLC is seeking qualified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) firms to participate as subconsultants for this project, with the services to be provided on an as-needed basis under task orders during a multi-year master services contract.

The following expertise is required:
Project Controls Support, Scheduling and Critical Path Method (CPM) Scheduling, Cost Estimating and Cost Control, Construction Schedule Review and Milestone Monitoring, Data Analytics and Reporting (including Power BI dashboards), Construction Cost and Schedule Analysis, Claims Analysis and Time Impact Analysis (TIA),

Insurance Requirements
Subconsultants must maintain insurance coverage meeting the minimum requirements specified in the RFP and IEUA Master Services Contract, including:
Commercial General Liability:
Minimum $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate
Automobile Liability:
Minimum $1,000,000 per accident for bodily injury and property damage
Workers' Compensation and Employer's Liability:
Statutory Workers' Compensation coverage as required by the State of California and Employer's Liability coverage of at least $1,000,000
Professional Liability (Errors & Omissions):
Minimum $1,000,000 per claim and $2,000,000 aggregate for professional services
Certificates of insurance and endorsements must be provided prior to commencing work and approved by IEUA.

Subconsultants are also required to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations associated with grant-funded work. Depending on the specific task order, this may include compliance with provisions such as the Davis-Bacon Act, Build America Buy America (BABA), American Iron and Steel (AIS) requirements, 2 CFR Part 200 Uniform Guidance, and regulations related to Debarment and Suspension.
