The Rockland County Department of Mental Health (RCDMH) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to establish a New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS) funded prevention program for Rockland County residents. The program's goal is to reduce and prevent substance misuse and substance use disorders across the lifespan including underage drinking, alcohol misuse, illegal drug use, medication misuse, and underage gambling. It is expected that one provider will be awarded the contract. Annualized funding will be approximately $345,000 pending OASAS approval and funding.
