A Facilities Master Plan Study for the RCC Campus is essential and required to provide criteria, guidelines for campus improvements and facilities development that supports the academic mission and strategic vision. The Facilities Master Plan Update shall identify opportunities to enhance, maintain or improve the built environment in a way that facilitates learning and student development. Interested candidates should demonstrate extensive experience in analyzing programmatic needs of institutions of higher education and planning controlled capital programs to support these needs.
