This is a DIR public works Prevailing wage project. Bidders are responsible
to familiarize themselves with all requirements per the state of California and
the project drawings and all specifications related to the project.
Sub-contractors submitting bids over $200,000 may be required to post
bonds to J-Walt Construction, Inc.
California Prevailing Wage DIR eCPR and all public contracting requirements
are required for this project.
