Robert Rosas ((510) 999-6000; robert@a-bconstruction.net) is the estimator for this project and is available to provide assistance or answer questions regarding the project scope of work, bid requirements, bonding and insurance requirements, or any other questions you may have. All proposals/quotes should be emailed to the Estimator or faxed to (510) 982-3636 prior to 12:00 PM on the Bid Date. A & B is willing to breakout any portion of work to encourage participation. All subcontractors are required to execute A & B's standard subcontract agreement and comply with all insurance requirements. A copy of our agreement and insurance requirements are available upon request. At A & B's discretion, 100% payment and 100% performance bonds may be required. A & B is a union contractor and we are signatory to the Laborers, Carpenters, and Operating Engineers unions.
