Project Details

The project includes: A new 2,800 SF seismically separate addition to the existing school building, a modernization of a portion of the existing campus (conversion of existing spaces), and site work (new shade structure, new planting and irrigation, and site amenities).

We are seeking quotes for trucking, material procurement, and/or labor for the following trades: Concrete, Structural Metal & Decking, Metal Framing/Gyp Board, Insulation, Roofing & Waterproofing, Sheet Metal Flashing, Caulking, Doors & Hardware, Windows, Lath & Plaster, Ceramic Tile, Acoustical Ceilings, Final Cleaning, Flooring, Epoxy Flooring, Acoustic Treatment, Painting, Signage, Specialties, Food Service Equipment, Window Treatments, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Planting & Irrigation, Fencing, Underground Utilities.

The project requirements include 3% DVBE participation.
