Scope of Work: Mitigation of water intrusion at existing exterior wall surfaces and windows involving selective site demolition, cement plaster and concrete wall repairs of cracks and spalls, replacement of existing wood windows with aluminum windows, sheet metal flashing, joint sealants, wall coating systems, interior wood trims and painting, ceiling repairs, and including abatement of hazardous materials. This project will be implemented in two phases. First Phase period shall be during May 1 to December 30, 2026. Second Phase period shall be during May 3 to August 30, 2027.

Wickman Development and Construction is signatory to the Carpenter's and Laborer's Unions of Northern California Master Agreement. All sub-contractors who intend to bid scopes of work to Wickman Development and Construction that fall under the Master Agreement of these unions must also be signatory to these unions or we cannot list them for that portion of work.
