NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Tahoe City Public Utility District (TCPUD) will receive bids at the Office
of the Clerk of the Board at the District Administration Office, P O Box 5249, 221 Fairway Drive, Tahoe City,
California, 96145, until 2:00 pm local time, Monday, March 16, 2026 for the Madden Creek Water System Improvement Project, Phase 4. The work to be performed for this project consists of all labor, material, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to construct approximately 7,725 total linear feet of water main installed via open cut (comprised of sizes 4", 6", 8", and 12" diameters of varying footages), approximately 450 +/- linear feet of 14" diameter water main installed via Horizontal Directional Drill (HDD) to accomplish a creek under crossing, mainline valves & fittings, mainline connections to existing, 15 fire hydrants, 78 water services & meter assemblies, service connections to existing customer side, air release valves, blowoff valves, surface restoration, and all associated items to complete the project in Placer County right-of-way or TCPUD easements as shown on the construction drawings. The successful Bidder shall possess a valid California Class A Contractor's license at the time of the bid award and the license shall remain in effect throughout the term of this contract.

Bids must be made on the official Bid Proposal Form furnished with the contract documents. Each bid shall be
accompanied by a bid bond consisting of certified check, cashier's check, or satisfactory corporate surety bid
bond for not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid amount and made payable to Tahoe City Public Utility District.
Each sealed envelope containing a Bid must be plainly marked on the outside as Bid for Tahoe City Public Utility
District, (Project Name), and the envelope should bear on the outside, the name, address, and contractor's license number of the Bidder.
