This project is for the sitework associated with two new modulars, two replacement modulars, and Administration Building modernization. We are seeking subcontractor quotes for all scopes of work including, but not limited to the following items: site demolition, saw cutting, excavation, grading, underground utilities, concrete flatwork, asphalt paving, ADA striping, signage, fencing, roofing, doors, drywall, exterior painting, interior finishes, insulation, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and fire alarm.

Project is prevailing wage with DIR requirements. All subcontractors are required to carry a minimum of $2M GL insurance. Project will start in Spring of 2026 with milestone dates begining in April. Please review bid documents closely for critical completion dates.
