Resource Environmental Inc., is seeking DVBE subcontractors and suppliers for the Professional Development Center III Tenant Improvements Project. This is a multi-prime, and we will be bidding on bid package 02-01 - Demo, Asbestos & Lead Abatement. The general scope of work includes asbestos abatement and selective/interior demolition. Possible subcontractors and suppliers include construction materials, trucking, and rental equipment.

REI is a union company signatory to Local Laborers. Bonds may be required from all subcontractors with proposals exceeding $100,000. Please provide bond rate with proposal.
