Pursuant to California Education Code 17406, notice soliciting proposals is hereby given that Blach Construction will be accepting subcontractor bids for the Pleasanton Unified School District - Amador Valley High School Campus Renovation - Increment 1. The first increment of the project includes: The modernization of the Music Building and Gym & Locker Rooms. Excavation and implementation of underground utilities, rough grading, and pad preparation for future new Competition Gym and Theater Buildings.

All subcontractors who intend to submit a bid or proposal for any such work must:

- Prequalify with Blach Construction and the Pleasanton Unified School District. To obtain instructions on how to prequalify, please contact Alex Waldsmith (alex.waldsmith@blach.com).
- Adhere to Skilled and Trained Workforce Requirements, as stated in Public Contract Code 2601 and 2602 as well as Senate Bill 693.
