KJL is bidding as a prime contractor on the TAA 25-23/D215045 Culvert Rehabilitation, Drainage Repairs, and Miscellaneous Work between I-87 and I-90 project to the NYS Thruway Authority on 01/28/26 @ 10:30AM.
