We are seeking quotes but not limited from the following: earthwork, site demolition, soft demolition, structural concrete, pavement markings, asphalt pavement, site utilities, metals, wood framing, millwork, roofing, insulation, sheet metal, doors/frames/hardware, windows/glazing, lath/plaster, weather barriers, flooring, tile, sealed concrete, ACT, drywall/gypsum, painting, visual display boards, signage, restroom accessories, fire sprinklers, playground equipment installer, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fire alarm, fences/gates, and landscape/irrigation.
Scope of work: New classroom building; Remodel of existing classrooms; New playground; New parking lot; and all work included on the logistical plans, drawings, and specifications under DSA application 01-122428.

All subcontractors are required to execute Buhler standard subcontract agreement and comply with all insurance requirements. Buhler Commercial
requires subcontractors awarded on this project to provide Payment and Performance Bonds from a surety at the subcontractor's expense for any
contract that exceeds $300,000. Buhler Commercial is signatory to the Carpenters and Labors Union. This is a Prevailing wage project. This project is
subject to a project labor agreement (PLA) that all contractors on the job must agree to in order to perform work. All subcontractors must be registered with
the DIR.
