Contractor to inspect and provide preventative maintenance service on six (6) forklifts, four (4) times per year, or as needed, for the Rockland County Sewer District #1 at its facility located at 4 Route 340, Orangeburg, NY 10962.

Scheduled preventative maintenance visits which include: clean, inspect, and replace parts which appear worn and in need of replacing in accordance with specifications that follow. All parts, labor and travel are to be included except as noted.
