We are seeking quotes for the following...
- Layout, clearing and grubbing, saw cutting and demolition of concrete flatwork, asphalt, curb/ gutter, landscape areas and baserock down to native soil, off-haul demolished materials
- Layout, import/export, rough grading, fine grading, compaction for all site work
- Include rock swale and landscape depression
- Demolition and trenching for water, storm drainage, sanitary sewer, electrical, low voltage & data cabling, and fire alarm, off haul of all spoils, backfill of trenching by others
- Patching back of asphalt where demolished for new work to match existing condition, including baserock and compaction
