The County of Rockland is considering the issuance of a Sole Source award to Greater Mental Health of New York, Inc. to provide a Homeless Outreach Mobile Engagement (HOME) program for the Department of Social Services to engage the most resistant and vulnerable population of Rockland County. Funding amount is contingent on the adoption of the County of Rockland 2026 Annual Budget. As such, final funding amount may differ from the estimated amount.
