PLA - Project Labor Agreement

Work Includes:
CUNY Macaulay Honors College Basement Cellar & Restroom Renovation and Associated Asbestos Abatement. General Construction - CR26. This project is a full interior renovation to the cellar and basement levels of this existing (5) story building built in 1904 for The Macaulay Honors College. The renovation includes replacement of interior walls, doors, and associated finishes and full replacement of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on these floors.
