We are seeking qualified DBEs (including MBE, WBE, SBE, and other firms recognized under 40 CFR Part 33) to participate as subcontractors in support of our Statement of Qualifications submittal for RCAC's Preferred Engineering Services Rotation List. This contract supports projects funded by the CA SWRCB, including DWSRF, CWSRF, SAFER, Proposition 1, and Backup Generator Funding Program assignments.

Subcontracting opportunities may include: CEQA/NEPA documentation, Environmental permitting support, Surveying, Geotechnical engineering/materials testing, Hydrogeologic/groundwater studies, Electrical/SCADA engineering, Structural engineering, Public outreach. All DBE certifications accepted under the EPA DBE Program are eligible (SBA, DOT CUCP, tribal, state/local DBE certifications).
