This project has a 22% DBE goal. We are seeking quotes for the following scopes of work: traffic control, saw cut, cold plane, concrete, ARHM overlay, paving, surveying, geotechnical testing, WPCP, striping & signage, and trucking.

The proposed project includes improvements to the existing roadway surface by cold planing and overlaying with a leveling course,
pavement grid, and asphalt pavement. Pavement striping is to occur after the placement of the asphalt pavement.

All subcontractors are to hold General, Auto and Workman's compensation insurances. The Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) has ascertained general prevailing rate of per diem wages in the locality in which the work is to be performed.
