Placement of (1) new modular classroom building, aggregate base for the new portable classroom, construction of new asphalt paving landing & walkway, new fire alarm, and associated site work.

Note: The (4) schools are Leroy Nichols Elementary School, Lois E. Borchardt Elementary School, Millswood Middle School, Vineyard Elementary School.
