We are looking for DVBE businesses to bid on this project as subcontractors. Trades include Concrete, Casework, Ceramic Tile, Flooring, Carpeting, Marker Boards, Signage, Toilet Accessories, Cubicles, Wall Protection, Flagpoles, Insulation, Sheet Metal, Doors, Glazing, Aluminum Storefront, Plastering, Drywall Acoustical Ceilings, Tackboard, Painting. Prequalification with the District is required for C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, or C-46 licenses. Prequalifcation applications must be approved by 8/1/2025. The work comprises the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, and equipment required to complete this project as detailed on the plans and in the specifications for this contract. Work to be completed in 515 calendar days and fully completed by 4/16/2027.

All contractors must have an active registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). The project is subject to prevailing wage requirements. All subcontractors must have CARB Certificates of Reported Compliance for their fleet of vehicles. All subcontractors must provide insurance with coverage equal to or greater than those shown on, upon request, Los Banos Unified School District's requirements. A certificate of insurance must be issued with VCSI and Los Banos Unified School District listed as additional insured.
