REI is seeking subcontractors and suppliers for the above project. The general scope of work is demolition. Potential trades/suppliers needed include trucking, equipment rental, and construction materials. The District has a goal of 3% utilization of DVBEs.

REI is union company signatory to Local Laborers 300. Bonds may be required from all subcontractors with proposals exceeding $100,000. Please provide bond rate with proposal.
