Description of Work:
Demolition of existing improvements, construction of PCC and AC paving, PCC sidewalks, curb and gutter, landscaping and irrigation improvements, installation of sedimentation system with filter system, trash collection, manholes, storm drain pipes, and retaining walls. Diversion pump system, drywells, manholes, electrical and instrumentation components. Other electrical items include EV chargers, parking lights and poles, parking kiosks, and barrier gates.
