R & R Horn Contractors, Inc. is currently seeking quotes from the following trades/suppliers and scopes: SWPPP, Traffic Control, Landscapers, Precast Items, Striping, Building Work, Concrete. Quotes for trades/scope not listed are welcome. This is a public works project and prevailing wage rates apply.

Bids must be on a cost+time basis.
Complete the work within the number of working days bid.
Do not bid less than 225 working days and not more than 320 working days.
Do not include plant establishment working days in your bid.
Complete the plant establishment work within 250 working days.
The estimated cost of the project is $16,600,000.
