NON- SBE, WBE, & MBE SUBS/SUPPLIERS: You will be expected to carry a proportionate percentage of 2nd-tier SBE, WBE, & MBE participation with your quote. Second-tier SBE, WBE, & MBE participation will be evaluated with your price.

GEORGE REED, INC. will pay bond premium up to 2%. Subcontractor must possess current insurance and workers compensation coverage meeting Owner's and GRI's insurance requirements. Insurance waiver of subrogation is also required.
