Royal Electric is soliciting quotes from certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) material suppliers and contractors for the following types of work including but not limited to:
Asphalt Concrete, Cold Plane Concrete Pavement, Concrete Curb & Sidewalk-Miscellaneous, Directional Bore of 10" Casing, Equipment Rental, Excavation, Backfill, Natural Gas Distribution, Pipe Supply, Portland Cement & Concrete Pavement, Potholing, Saw Cutting, and Trucking.

The anticipated goal for this project is 15%

Description of the Overall Project Scope:
Supply and Installation of Dry utilities listed accordingly. (1) Electric Utility Relocations and Demolitions, (2) SoCal GasUtility Relocations and Demolition - Removals Only Sheets UR02-CD1-400 thru UR02-CD1-402, (3) AT&T Service to Sepulveda POC West Utility Room, (4) LAWA Fiber Connection Conduit and Casing.

Project is Subject to PLA Agreement:
Proposers are notified that the project is bound to a Project Labor Agreement (PLA). Subcontractors not only agree to be bound by the PLA, but also agree to act in good faith in carrying out their roles, responsibilities and obligations under the PLA including meeting the goal of 30% of the total hours worked by covered employees shall be performed by Impact Area Residents and Local Residents.
