Rotolo Consultants, Inc. (RCI) is requesting per-acre pricing from a licensed landscape maintenance contractor for the following services:

Mowing, blowing, and edging
Litter and debris removal
Bush hogging

Our target for this project is 8% participation and pricing must be returned by 8/11/25.

Insurance:
Subcontractors must carry and maintain insurance meeting the same minimum standards as the prime contractor until the work is completed and accepted. The City-Parish Purchasing Division must approve certificates of insurance before any work begins. Required coverages include:

General Liability - $2M general aggregate, $1M products/completed ops, $1M per occurrence.
Automobile Liability - $1M combined single limit for owned, non-owned, and hired autos
Workers' Compensation/Employers' Liability - Statutory WC coverage for Louisiana, plus $1M employers' liability (each accident/disease)
Excess/Umbrella Liability - At least $1M, following form of primary coverage, with additional insured and waiver of subrogation in favor of the contractor and owner
