Project Details

The scope of services include but are not limited to providing environmental services for development of a supplemental environmental impact report. Scope items: environmental documentation, CEQA documentation, and technical studies including but not limited to air quality, biological resources, hazardous waste, noise and vibration, stormwater management, traffic, cultural resources/AB 52 documentation, and other services as required.

WSP is seeking DBE (including small, minority, women-owned, veteran-owned, and labor surplus area firms), as well as non-DBE firms with one or more of the following capabilities to support this contract: 1) air quality studies; 2) hazardous waste studies; 3) stormwater management studies; 4) public engagement; 5) printing services.


WSP is conducting itself in good faith with regard to DBE and non-DBE firm participation in this contract. We will assist interested firms in obtaining information related to the RFP, plans, specifications and other requirements for this contract. Additionally, to the extent feasible, WSP will attempt to assist qualified subcontractors to secure any necessary bonds, lines of credit, insurance, necessary equipment, supplies, materials, or related assistance or services, which may be required.
