The project is located on the southern peninsula in Pelham Bay Park, a New York City Parks and Recreation Parkland. The major program elements for the new training facility include an ammunition storage building, which involves furnish and installing micropiles, a concrete slab on grade, CMU walls, metal exterior and standing steam roof. There will be new parking areas to accommodating 331 spaces including asphalt wearing course and line striping for parking spots.

We are to also clear and grub the berm between shooting ranges D & E and build back up to existing with an additional 5 feet high. F&I new site utilities including underground drainage pipes and electrical conduits. Demo existing underground drainage structures. Construct two (2) new outfalls East and West of the Peninsula. Perform ground penetrating radar scan to locate all existing utilities that affect our work areas. Furnish and install two (w) generators, including foundation work and generator pads. Project solicitation needs to include the following scopes:
Demolition, micropile installation, concrete supply, concrete reinforcement supply & installation, Structural Steel Fabrication & installation, miscellaneous metal supply & installation, Masonry, Door Fabrication, Electrical work, Fire Sprinkler, HVAC, Plumbing, Pavement Markings, Asphalt Paving, Painting.
