Scope of Work
The Project consists of modernizing the central kitchen, including the replacement of existing kitchen equipment, as well as the installation of new walk-in freezers and refrigerators. The scope also includes the modifications to existing utilities and finishes as needed to connect replacement equipment.

All subcontracts over $300,000 will require performance and payment bonds. Electrical, mechanical, and plumbing contractors must be prequalified with the school district.
