Otto Construction is seeking MBE/WBE participation for the following trades: Demolition, Abatement, Concrete, Concrete Reinforcement, CMU, Metals, Metal Panels, Finish Carpentry, Seismic Joints, Waterproofing, Roofing, Doors Frames & Hardware, Glazing, Signage, Landscaping, Site Furnishings, and MEP trades.

Project includes, but is not limited to, the following scope: Removal of shingles and reskin of building with metal panels, removal of CMU screen walls at west side, new landscaping elements, slurry coating repair, & restriping of parking lot. Fencing, glazing, and sidewalk to be replaced at specified areas, Hazardous lead paint removal, & limited mechanical and electrical work.
