- iii - LAST DATE AND TIME FOR SUBMISSION OF SUB BIDS FROM DVBE to AVILA -7/1/25 at 11 AM
- iv - Consider this notice Avila's request for sub and material supplier bids
- v - scopes of work available for sub bids from DVBEs: All scopes identified in the project docs open to DVBE bidding
- vi - no bonding requirements for subcontractors

This is a PREVAILING WAGE PROJECT. All Bidders MUST be registered with the DIR and provide their DIR number AT THE TIME OF BID.

All subcontractors must comply with Avila Construction's insurance requirements, which will be included with the Invitation to Bid.

All bidders must be licensed for their respective scope(s) of work in the state of CA.
