Arcadis U.S., Inc. is requesting proposals for the County of LA Department of Public Works RFP for PMCM and Related Services from qualified certified CBE firms with previous experience providing construction management and related services on public facilities. Previous experience working with LA County and a strong understanding of the local environment and local laws, ordinances, regulations, policies, and permitting is preferred.
