The County of Rockland is considering the issuance of a Sole Source award to Morse Watchman Inc. 2 Morse Road Oxford, CT 06478 in the total amount of 28,012.00 to Provide KWT key system for 2 locations at BCI and Transports . This purchase will be made on a sole source basis in accordance with the Rockland County Procurement Policy.
