The project scope includes the construction of a new 5,780sf single story building with a multi-use classroom, makerspace shop, robot testing room, restrooms, and associated utilities and sitework. Trade scope including but not limited to; structural steel, metal stud framing, masonry, interior finishes, specialties & accessories, painting, sitework, associate MEPFs, etc.
