All proposals/quotes should be emailed to the Estimator or faxed to (510) 982-3636 prior to 12:00 PM on the Bid Date. A & B is willing to breakout any portion of work to encourage DBE participation. All subcontractors are required to execute A & B's standard subcontract agreement and comply with all insurance requirements. A copy of our agreement and insurance requirements are available upon request. At A & B's discretion, 100% payment and 100% performance bonds may be required. A & B is a union contractor and we are signatory to the Laborers, Carpenters, and Operating Engineers unions.
