PURPOSE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)
The purpose of this request for proposal is to enter into a contract with a qualified firm to provide grant writing and consultation in respect to all aspects of the grant development process for the Village of Spring Valley including all associated Village agencies (ie: Police Department & Fire Department) . It is anticipated that this RFP may result in a contract award to a single firm.

The County of Rockland officially distributes bidding documents through the Bonfire System. Copies of bidding documents obtained from any other source are not considered official copies. Only those vendors who obtain bidding documents from the Bonfire Portal are guaranteed to receive all attachments, drawings or addendum information, if such information is issued.
