We are seeking quotes from subcontractors and supplies for the Increment 1 - Phase 1 Modernization Westwood Elementary School project. This bid is a multi-prime with a scope of work for demolition of school buildings: Bid Package 32.01 - Demolition. Possible subcontractor and supplier trades include: equipment rental, and trucking.

REI encourages all DVBE subcontractors and suppliers that may have a scope of work to submit a proposal.

REI is union company signatory to Local Laborers 300. Bonds may be required from all subcontractors with proposals exceeding $100,000. Please provide bond rate with proposal.
