Rotolo Consultants, Inc. (RCI) is seeking per-acre pricing from licensed landscape maintenance contractors for the following services:

Landscape Maintenance (Cut/Blow/Edge)
Litter and Debris Removal

This project includes a 25% participation goal for firms certified through the Louisiana Unified Certification Program (LAUCP) as FSC, S/DBE, or DBE.

Valid certifications to meet the participation goal must be submitted at the time of quote.

Insurance Coverage Requirements (Minimum Limits):
Commercial General Liability: $1,000,000 per occurrence
Comprehensive Auto Liability: $100,000 per person, $300,000 per occurrence, or $500,000 combined single limit
Workers’ Compensation & Employers Liability: Employers Liability minimum of $1,000,000

Additional Requirement:
All applicable business licenses, landscape certifications, and a current Certificate of Insurance (COI) must be submitted with your quote.
