We are seeking quotes for MEP trades (MEP trades will need to be qualified with the district or get prequalified), earthwork (grading/paving/underground utilities), concrete, rebar, carpentry, casework, painting, and roofing.

The Owner has a DVBE participation goal of 3% per year of the overall dollar amount of state finds allocated to the Owner pursuant to the Leroy F. Greene School Facilities Act of 1998, and expended each year by the Owner for this project.

This project generally includes the construction of a new bus lane, demolition of exisitng utilities and portable classrooms, campus site improvements, and the construction of four new wood-framed classroom buildings-all to be completed in four incremental phases.
