We are seeking quotes from subcontractors and suppliers for the Parkmont Elementary School Modernization - Abatement project, with a scope of work for asbestos of school buildings. The District has a goal of 3% DVBE usage. Possible subcontractor and supplier trades include: hazardous material hauling, bin rentals, PPE suppliers, equipment rental. REI encourages all DVBE subcontractors and suppliers that may have a scope of work to submit a proposal.

The Project is subject to a Project Stabilization Agreement and Prevailing Wages.

REI is a union company signatory to Local Laborers. Bonds may be required from all subcontractors with proposals exceeding $100,000. Please provide bond rate with proposal.
